We are Kim Cleaver and Jacqueline McFadyen, directors of Cleaver and Rouge Hair and Makeup salon. With a friendship spanning close to 20 years, and a love for hairdressing and makeup, it was only a matter of time that we combine and offer a boutique hair and makeup experience in our gorgeous salon on Devon Street, New Plymouth.
We’re both experts in our respective fields with professional careers spanning over 20 years both locally and internationally, but we’re also busy mums who know that life gets hectic! Every day we strive to create a salon experience that we both crave when we get some ‘me’ time, and we’re proud to be able to offer this experience to our clients every day. We’re both born and bred in Taranaki, and love the lifestyle the region offers our families and the exceptional people that make up our local community. Running a busy salon means we get to work with talented hair stylists and makeup artists as well as our wonderful clients who all contribute to our vibrant community in New Plymouth.
